Hive on Prem 21.21.11.iqva capwap not connecting.

Trying to recover a failed install of IQVA where elastic database would not stay running.

Upgraded to latest new install on dedicated hardware meeting all hardware specs. Restore config to image install all new Lic's

( dont see the lic count you see in the hive classic version ) . Set all devices to be managed. Only a few of the devices make capwap connections all ping able devices.

can not get any serial numbers to pull new devices in. Old Classic way you just changed capwap and they showed up under monitor to provision.
