Hi,

I’ve bought an AP from PCBitz uk and it is not been removed from another VIQ.

Thank you for letting us know. We still see this device registered to a different user, and I’ll need to get permission from the original owner to transfer ownership of this device to you. I’ve reached out to the original owner just now, I’ll let you know as soon as I hear back. If you are still in contact with the original owner and can encourage them to reply to my email, that may help move things along a bit.
