I Can connect with my laptop on ssid but I Can't with spectralink 8440.

I need to deploy spectralink 8440 on Extreme AP .

The client use a RADIUS server for authentification.

I use a laptop or cell phone and we can connect on SSID : TEST

the client want to use WPA2 / enterprise

he create a user and password.

Like i said , when i try with cell phone, i click on ssid network

I have a pop up and I put the username and password and I connect on network.

With spectralink, I go in administration option or advanced option and I choose network .

wifi

I choose wpa2/ enterprise

I enter username and password.

Previously, I choose OKM option

And also peap mschap..

Do you have advice for me

I dont have acces to Radius and I dont have access to extreme controller AP

Hello cietel,

without access to the Radius server and the WLAN controller/AP it is difficult to find the error.
If you have entered username and password correctly. There are still some possibilities that lead to the fact that e.g. the Radius server rejects the authentication. E.g. there could be a MAC list with the MACs that are allowed.

Therefore the advice. Get access to the Radius server and check the logs.
