Hi, I need delete a user profile in AP 350c via GUI but I don´t know to do it.

May you explicate me or give me any link where I can see the process?

Do you mean AP305C ? How do you manage it, XIQ, XIQ controller, XCC ? What do you mean with user profile ?

Might be that a screenshot helps do better unterstand the issue.

If this is XIQ related, you can completely delete a user profile by navigating to Configure > Common Objects > Policy > User Profiles. If user profile is mapped to an SSID you will need to remove it first then delete it. On this page you can see if it's mapped to an SSID and by hovering your mouse over the number in the USED BY column you can see to which SSID it's mapped.
