Extreme Guest ID taking too long to register the user

Hi,

We activated the ExtreGuest network on our campus, and it works great on smartphones. However, when using laptops, it takes too long to even open the browser for registration. When it finally loads and the user accepts the terms and policies, it gets stuck on this message:

When you click on "Send anyway" nothing happens.

Is there anything I can do about it?

It sounds like there might be a compatibility issue with the ExtreGuest network on laptops. You could try clearing the browser cache or using a different browser to see if that helps. Hi Sonia,

It looks like it only happens with Google Chrome.

Every other browser works just fine.
