      <description>Problem Description: I have a controller  c100 in version 3.1 ,i have onli CLI session with serial cable .&lt;BR /&gt;

    The led status remains off&lt;BR /&gt;
&lt;BR /&gt;
    When C100 was started I try to do software  update ,but it failed and I can 't use GUI for configuration .&lt;BR /&gt;
&lt;BR /&gt;
    I can use only serial connection 9600 N8 1&lt;BR /&gt;
&lt;BR /&gt;
    Rebooting...&lt;BR /&gt;
&lt;BR /&gt;
    INIT: Sending processes the TERM signal&lt;BR /&gt;
&lt;BR /&gt;
