topic Extreme Management Backup (.SQL) Plain Text / Hash Passsword in ExtremeWireless (General)

Hi,

This might be version specific but remember in the past if having done a backup of NetSight / Extreme Management you can view the contents of the .SQL file with a normal text editor and see the usernames and passwords of accounts in plain text - this was handy at the time because it enabled me to get the information to login in on lost account details.

I remember you could stop this though (for obvious reasons), but can't remember if it was configurable or version related and struggling to find any information on it.

Just seeing if anyone knows?

Thanks,
