4 channel plan on 2.4 Ghz.

4 channels plan on 2.4Ghz doesn't work on APs 3825i+3805i with Controllers C5210.
We would like to try a 4 channels plan on 2.4 Ghz. We can put this configuration on the APs but you can not see it on the APs. Only 3 channels (1-7-13) in use.
Something wrong in my configuration??

Hi Rey,

the AP will take the new channels if you request new channel (auto) or reboot the AP after changing.
Can you test this?
If already done we need more info like fw version or a screenshot would also help.

Does it work in other AP's or on 5Ghz with custom channel plan?

Hi Rey,
We have channels on auto and we rebooted the APs after changing. We don't try it on 5 Ghz.

Fw version: 10.21.04.0005
hwc - C5210

APs mix of 3935/3965/3825/3805

You've to set/apply channel auto again for the channel plan to take affect.
I don't think that ACS will re-run if you reboot the AP.

We had to select the radio in auto again.

Could you please check if you have Dynamic Channel Selection enabled under the advanced button?
