Every up-to-date AP (identifi family) can work without controller after first configuration. AP does not need controller to operate. Humans needs controller to configure many APs... There is also way to configure the AP by CLI and editing the config file, but it is not the way you will like. In the past there were APs: 2630 and 2640 and 4102 ... what were true standalone = you can use build-in gui to configure it.

OK, so actually there's no way to use an AP on an stand alone mode (without controller management) ? (like Ruckus or Aruba that the AP have a web inteface).

If you have or plan to have one or two APs then you do not need enterprise class solution. If you need enterprise class solution then it is a matter of pricing "expensive standalone AP" vs "controlle and AP". But it is just my point of view...
