802.1X reauthentication

I'm looking for an answer as to why our 802.1X clients are trying to authenticate almost every 5 minutes. Opportunistic Keying & Pre-auth is enabled and I've tried to enable and disable fast transition, but it happens even when not roaming from AP to AP. Is there another setting I'm missing? Any help is appreciated. We think it might be related to the difficulties a lot of our users are having staying connected to the WLAN.

Check Idle timeouts(post,session)!

Could you please tell us where you'd see that the client is authenticating every 5minutes and post a screenshot with the data.

Please also give the exact information of the client hardware.
