Extreme WIFI controller in Cloud

Hi,

I am trying to set up Extreme Wifi Controller in Ravello cloud and can not find a solution to my problem.
The problem is: When i start the machine it allows me into root account but not in the admin account on which I can set up the management port.

The machine says : System is not ready.

How Can I resolve this issue.
I tried giving it more RAM and CPUs but it did not change .

Can you supply more information on the install? Have you contacted GTAC to help walk you through the install process?

I have the same controller installed in VMware and it works.
Also in root i have regular connection to internet and everything is set up.
