Khaled - without any AP trace logs or controller logs, it will be hard to determine the root cause here. If you can provide those two items, and a description of the network environment, you can open a Case with our Support Desk.

Also - I would recommend going to 10.21.04, which is available on our Support Download site.

What type of authentication being used? Is it an issue with all the clients or specific?
