I am looking to deploy 3805 AP's in a call center. The client is a call center with 300 agents, all using softphones on their PC's. The client would like all the agents to connect via Wifi. The Datasheet for the 38xx series states 12 or great VOIP calls per Access points. I am looking at 30 clients per AP but this would equal to 30 VOIP calls if all clients are on a call at the same time. Will the AP support this or do I reduce the amount of clients per AP to for example 15.... Thx

12 would be the average, you could possibly have more but 30 would be to much for the radio to handle at one time. Knowing 12 is the average you should design the system around this number.
