Sorry that you are frustrated, we will be glad to look into this further. We should look at your AP settings as well as any traces you have for this issue. I would suggest you contact the GTAC so we can review all of your information. &lt;BR /&gt;

      <title>AP3935i send disassociation packet</title>

      <description>Good Afternoon, we have AP3935i last firmware 10.31.2.7 that send disassociation packet to a voip client. The VoIP client is not able to connect to another AP for 10 seconds.&lt;BR /&gt;
Example: We are talking near the AP when the AP send disassociation frame and the client disconnect from network for 10 seconds or 12.&lt;BR /&gt;
&lt;BR /&gt;
Could be a firmware problem?&lt;BR /&gt;
