When using the reports from the main screen of Identifi (release 10.11.05.0005) One of our internet radio seems to be ... a BlackBerry terminal 😞 Strange because it's a small lab with a few terminals

There is a KB article in case NAC doesn't identify a device correctly...

If you provide the data Extreme could implement the change in a future release.

I'm not sure whether the controller application visibility uses the same device database.
