Hi Sikander

Please let me know the controller version.
Does other AP models work fine on the same controller ?
Is this issue common for both "a" - Radio and "g" - Radio.

yes all other work fine
I run only 5GHz but i tried 2.4 same issue

Could you post a screenshot of the AP properties (example below) and from Radio#1.
Have you tried to reboot the AP.
