    <description>I have problem with my ap3705 indoor i have tryeed to reset the ap with reset button but i got the same problem, after i connect with the console cable i got this error when im trying to boot:&lt;BR /&gt;
boot failed...ERROR: Cannot boot either kernel image, dropping to interactive shell.&lt;BR /&gt;
This problem appear i have made virtual wlc from physical.&lt;BR /&gt;
&lt;BR /&gt;
can someone help me with this problem.</description>

      <description>The AP should boot no matter if the controller is virtual or physical.  You may need to contact GTAC for an RMA if the AP will not boot.&lt;BR /&gt;

When you console in, are you able to type any commands?&lt;BR /&gt;

      <description>Have you tried to factory reset from the console?&lt;BR /&gt;

cset factory&lt;BR /&gt;
&lt;BR /&gt;
Also, can you ping from the console?&lt;BR /&gt;

      <description>That looks like there is some other issue going on with the AP, and it's not loading it's image at all.... This will likely require GTAC assistance.</description>

      <description>Unless you can load the AP image via the tftpboot command, then try to upgrade the AP so it gets a new image...&lt;BR /&gt;
&lt;BR /&gt;
You can expand/unzip the upgrade file for the controller to find the AP image.&lt;BR /&gt;
