Having researched this error, it typically points to a hardware problem to where an RMA is needed. It would be recommended to open a case with GTAC to move forward. The AP-3965i has a one year warranty though we would also check the entitlement on the asset.
I have an AP-3965i that will power up, but doesn't link to the switch and has the following output on the command line:

bonding: eth0: Error: Couldn't find a slave in bond that can be used for ethtoolI can't find any documentation about this message and wonder if I have a bad AP. Any ideas?
