Hello Is there any chance to transfer existing AP licences for WS-C5110 on a new WS-V2110 vm controller? In the same way, is it possibile to use residual licences we own for registering AP3935 and AP3965 Access points on the new WS-2110 controller? I hope anyone can help me. Thanks in advance.

You will need to contact sales: AP licenses are specific to the model controller they are purchased for.

Giuseppe,

If the C5110 controllers are under a support contract, you can purchase transfer licenses for a nominal fee - you can only purchase the number of transfer licenses that you have as capacity upgrades on the C5110.

i.e. you have four 25 AP Capacity upgrades on the C5110 (100 APs total). You could purchase six 16 AP xfer capacity upgrades, and four 1 AP xfer Capacity Upgrades - for the V2110, capacity upgrades come in 1 or 16 AP licenses. Of course, once you purchase the transfer license, the capacity upgrades for the C5110 will become invalid.
