If  you reboot the controller with a serial console connection, do you see the Controller and Controller Rescue ?  This article has steps to take once at that menu.  &lt;BR /&gt;

Can anyone provide any support to fix the below issue in C25 controller. &lt;BR /&gt;
&lt;BR /&gt;
VFS: Cannot open root device "sda1" or unknown-block(0,0)Please append a correct "root=" boot option; here are the available partitions:&lt;BR /&gt;
Kernel panic - not syncing: VFS: Unable to mount root fs on unknown-block(0,0)&lt;BR /&gt;
&lt;BR /&gt;
it is not giving me option to selection "Controller Rescue"&lt;BR /&gt;
