Hi Frank

Ok understood, try this and if you have 11k on you can take a look at the bottom 2/3 AP reports under the AP report section. If you are on 10.21 you can also use the new channel inspector feature that might offer up some more information.

Beyond that, wireless traces taken with a wireless sniffer, along with AP trace files might help if GTAC are required.
Hello

We have a V2110 controller with 12 AP's. Most AP's are 3715i's but also 3 3805i's.
When I look at the Wireless statistics report I see a high number of errors received on the a/n/ac radio's of the 3805 ap's.

Can someone give some information on how to troubleshoot this issue and in which direction to think/start? (e.g. interference problems / radar / bad clients etc.)

The counter was reset by performing a AP reset 12 hours before the screenshot below.

Kind regards,

Hello Frank

With 802.11 wlan's some level of errors are to be expected, and as you add more clients the error rate will likely increase.

You can get some more information on a per client basis with the "view clients" button, that might point you towards a user with issues (drivers might be a factor on the client.)

Also further down the screen in the report you sent the screenshot of, you can see other information, that might be worth viewing.

Are these errors causing you a particular issue with your wlan implementation? If so it might be worth getting in touch with GTAC for further guidance.

Hi Gareth,

Thanks I will look into that.
We have had some problems with random disconnecting clients and roaming issue's in this environment.
Currently we are suspecting there could be some issue's because of bad wireless radio/channel planning but after seeing the errors I just want to clarify.
