I am not sure I understand your question but if you are asking if you can connect an AP to the admin interface of a controller the answer is NO the admin interface is for Management only. You must create a Physical interface on the controller and ap-registration on that interface.

If the AP's are in a remote subnet made sure controller has its default route populated.

I can't see a problem. In your screenshot we can see three APs working (the green one) and two APs are not working (not connected or down).

But what are you asking for?

The problem is that the AP03 and AP04 do not connect and if I send a ping if they answer I can not activate them

You should never do that! Let them show up on their own and then and only then do you know the device has made it to the controller. Delete any added manually.

Sorry but please confirm - are you able to ping the AP or not.
From which device do you ping from = is it the controller or a PC in the same subnet.

First we need to make sure that you are able to communicate from AP to controller.

The fast one is the way via ssh to the AP link one.

HI All,

back again with some findings and details for you.

the AP was set back to factory setting to enable a proper start
Controller static IP was set on the AP -- 10.100.10.70/24
AP static IP was set -- 10.100.10.78/24
DHCP disabled
all applied and saved and afterwards rebooted

now on the Identifi wireless solution there is no way to "auto" discover AP
Options like DNS or DHCP do not apply to the existing environment as previous colleagues did not used such config (unfortunately no documentation available) as all other AP's have fix ip's and in the DNS environment no Domain is visible.

checked on on-line help, several manuals but with no success

observations:
AP can be pinged from PC but cannot be reached via Controller
all other AP's are connected to the same Core Switch using the same config on all ports (basically a copy)
on the Controller GUI no VLAN id is specified for the existing AP's, although the Controller has VLAN 110 specified in the general setup config
The AP is only used with PoE not with a Power Supply.
In the Controller I see that a Pair Controller with an Ip 10.100.10.202 is used (there is no second controller) but if try to delete it warns me that all foreign Ap's will be lost, not sure if I can go ahead and save as I cannot take the risk to loose the already connected AP's.

You'd delete the paired controller if you've only this one - as per the screenshot all APs are local = there are no foreign APs.

If the AP is in the same subnet/VLAN as the controller interface (that is enabled for AP registration) the AP is able to discover the controller.

I'd enable DHCP (with a small scope - IP range that isn't used by the active APs) on the controller topology and then factory reset the AP again.
The AP should get the IP from the controller and should be able to connect.
