Unfortunately, I am unable to contact GTAC because we were unable to renew our support when it was up for renewal. I can run a Wireshark on the eth0 port but am not knowledgeable myself to know what I am looking for.

I currently am running about 4 VLANS:

STAFF
STUDENT
IT-Admin
Guest

Whenever I try to connect a Chromebook to Student, the Chromebook usually returns an error of DHCP lookup Failed if they don't already have an entry in the DHCP server. If I try to connect the Chromebook to our Guest network or Staff, then they connect just fine with no issues. Guest does not have any Policy Rules but both Staff and Student have Allow 53, Allow 67, and Allow 68.

Hello Parker,

I would suggest you contact the GTAC, we will want to run an eth0 capture at the ap to a remote machine running Wireshark to see what may be failing in the process - https://gtacknowledge.extremenetworks.com/articles/How_To/Using-Real-Capture-to-capture-wireless-traces-from-the-wireless-interface
