We need to apply a QoS to Microsoft Teams in ExtremeWireless IdentiFi Architecture. Getting a search, we did not find any documentation. Could you help with the best practice to setup?&lt;BR /&gt;

      <description>I would do a packet capture on an AP with Microsoft Teams session going, then create rules to set that MS Teams traffic to a certain COS, likely COS 6 for most VoIP, Streaming video.</description>

Microsoft Zoom uses DSCP marking 56 for audio, 40 for video, and 40 for signaling. Source: https://support.zoom.us/hc/en-us/articles/207368756-QoS-DSCP-Marking&lt;BR /&gt;
&lt;BR /&gt;
For Lync/Skype for Business  and Teams you have to configure DSCP markings:&lt;BR /&gt;

&lt;BR /&gt;

I don't know a specific best practice setup, but you can start searching the KB for configure DSCP to Wireless Queue/Access Category Mapping. &lt;BR /&gt;
