Hi, do someone have an Idea whats wrong?

I have a HA-Pair with a C35 as primary Controller and a V2110 Small for Failover Secirity. There are 70 APs onside.
Both Controllers was on Firmware 10.31.02 and the HA works fine. The Costumer have no interuption betrween the Upgrade process to Firmeware 10.51.21.
The Tests are ok. All works fine. On the C35 are all 70 AP ok.
The only thing is that now the V2110 only show 50 Forign APs and not all 70.
Reboot of the V2110 does not fix.
When i disable the HA on the 2110 The Count go down to 0 APs. When i enable it again it goes up to the same 50 AP.
So still 20 Accespoints does not connect to the Seconday Controller....

50 is a round number, perhaps a license issue?

When i use "view installed keys":
Licensed AP Totals:
Base Number of APs: 50
Option Number of APs: 8
Number of APs (Foreign): 12
Total Licensed APs: 70

V2110:
Regulatory Domain: European Union (& Rest of World)
Number of Licensed APs: 12
Number of Licensed APs (Foreign): 50
Number of Licensed APs (Total): 70
Number of Licensed APs for Radar: 2
Number of Licensed APs for Radar (Foreign): 2
Number of Licensed APs for Radar (Total): 4

When i use "view installed keys":

Base Number of APs: 8
Option Number of APs: 4
Number of APs (Foreign): 58
Total Licensed APs: 70

Why there a differences!? Look like a bug?
