Hi everyone, coming from the Cisco world, I've been thrust into the Extreme world due to my new assignment and I'm freaking loving this. I have a quick question regarding the above mentioned AP. To get max throughput, do I need to have both lan ports connected via Cat6?

Hi Rus

You don't need both ports connecting to bring the AP up, 1 802.1at port is fine (af power works but only with the radio at 2x2)

If you use both links, you need to do LACP lag with the switch, traffic is distributed across the lag as defined here: https://gtacknowledge.extremenetworks.com/articles/Q_A/What-is-the-hashing-algorithm-used-to-distribute-load-across-links-on-access-points-with-dual-Ethernet-ports-running-LACP/
