Blacklisting customer after 3 RADIUS failures

I’m wondering if it’s possible to blacklist certain MAC address for XXX seconds after 3 RADIUS failures caused for example by no certificate or certificate expired? I want to implement those solution to avoid unnecessary EAP Request/Responses from clients trying to reconnect all the time.

Hello,

that’s not possible on the Identifi Controller. But if you have Extreme XMC and NAC in place you can realize this behavior with an workflow by your own.
