I would reach out to your Enterasys Partner or Sales Representative. In order to do the conversion the equipment needs to be under an Enterasys Maintenance Contract.

Hi,
our customer wants to replace his extreme wireless controllers wm100 by WS-V2110.

He want's to use his extreme AP's (Part-No. 800198-00-01 / 15939 Altitude 350-2) further on with the new WS-V2110-ROW.
How can i convert the old extreme-APs to enterasys wireless ?

First test's with demokit hardware are not successful, because the AP's would not connect to the EWC.

We only get the lead, if we could protect the customer investment by use the "old" extreme AP's.

best regards,

Carsten
One thing to add, if this is covered under an Enterasys Maintenance Contract, you can contact our GTAC Group to help figure out exactly what is not working.
Doug,
I'm Enterasys Partner.
But i got the needed informations in the morning.
So the upgrade to ETS with old extreme-APs can be started.
