Hi

Reset the AP to factory defaults see if that clears the problem.

If using a power injector, try a different one

If using POE, change the Port.

Confirm wiring has not been damaged.

RMA the AP

Does the unit boot up all the way and then randomly reboot or is it stuck in a boot loop with no possibility of pausing it? If it's the latter then it may need to be RMA'd.

If AP 8533 reboot continously - that means one of the radios have failing to come up. You will have to RMA the unit and get a replacement.

We have several locations that have 4 AP8533 now down to 1 working unit. The other 3 keep restarting. Bad product.

What did you do to troubleshoot? What are the other symptoms? Where there any changes in your network config/applications or WiNG configuration/upgrade just before it started? Did you call GTAC?
