I have restored my AP to default configuration by application "Discover AP":

Options ::============

1 -> Discover APs again (same as "enter" key)
2 -> Reset an AP to its Default Configuartion
3 -> Exit

Enter an option (1, 2, or 3):: 2

Enter AP Num from the above list ((1) ::enter "0" to re-discover) 1

Enter Serial Number (S/N) from the AP H/W Device :: 1237M-****

Sending Reset command for AP 1 with mac: 00:04:96:71:59:**

Found the following Devices on the LAN
result: 04

!! Sent the RESET COMMAND to ap4521-******
!!!!
!!!! The AP responded with:
!!! AP shall set its configuration to default and reset.
!!!!

After, i can not authorized to AP by default username admin and password motorola

The default credentials for an ap4521 should be User: admin Password: admin123
