AP shown online on VX9000, but offline on NSIGHT plataform

Hi everyone,

I have a vx9000 where I associate APs 7532, these APs appear online, configurable and functional on vx, however, the're all OFFLINE on the Nsight Platform.

What best practices and configurations can I use to reverse this problem?

Is the VX9000 NSight stand-alone or performing both NSight and AP adoption/WLAN and so on?

Hi Chris, In this case I use the platform in the second scenario, VX9000 authenticates the access points and passes the information to Nsight, which is shipped inside the VX controller. Regards, Matheus

I have been out on PTO for the last several weeks and just returned back to the office. We will need to review your VX startup-configuration to better assist you. If the VX is under entitlement (contract for support), please call 800-872-8440 and have a support case generated and we will assist with the configuration.
