How to do the factory default on WiNG AP-7502 ?

We are facing some issue the AP-7502. Hence, we need to do the factory reset on AP-7502.

Kindly help us to resolve the issue

Hi Prabhu, in order to do this, you will need to have an ethernet loopback plug, plug into FE2 port, and power cycle your AP, you will see fast blink on your AP after few seconds boot up, after that , your AP7502 is being factory default.

In other way, you can login into AP cli, delete startup-config and reload your AP will do.

Alternatively, if you have access to the CLI of AP, you can delete the startup-config than reboot AP.
