vx9000 can not login through putty & Webui .

HI,

I can not access controller through web ui and putty , But i tried to ping by cmd , its pinging . This controller registered in dyn dns . How can solve this issue . i hope you hear soon .

27 remote location working with each 18 Aps 7632 , Customer cant access controller now . They have to add user for application policy . Kindly support .

Try to login in via the Virtual Machine console.

When you say you are unable to log in, are you saying you are not prompted for a user id/password, or you enter your credentials and they fail to authenticate?

If you password is lost, the only way to access the controller again is to reset the controller back to factory defaults.

Thank you for your support , login was sucesfull via putty console . Noticed Vx9000 was shutdown , Then i power on . Now i can login by webui .
