How to block torrent download on wing 5.8 controller?

I'm using vx9000 controller and access points are installed different locations. And I need to block torrent download. How can I do it?

Have you tried URL based filtering or Web Filtering?

This would filter access to the Internet and block inappropriate or malicious sites.

what AP typ do you use? If you don't use AP65xx you can work with a DPI. This is the best way to block the traffic.

You need to create a Application Policy and map it to a WLAN.

I use AP7622 and AP7502 with VX9000 controller.
