Please follow this link for instructions on downloading the firmware: https://gtacknowledge.extremenetworks.com/articles/How_To/How-to-get-access-to-Extranet-for-for-firm...

Once in, click on Wireless >> WiNG Access Points >> Firmware tab

To be able to successfully download firmware, the AP should with be under a support contract or still within the 90 days software warranty period.
