WING Wireless Bugtracker

Hello All,

Service Release WiNG 5.9.2.6-006R is out.
Any time when we have some release with important bug fixes, we don't have such information about these past bugs.

Example:
Resolved Issue:
SPR-3489 dpd2 crash and core on system testbed after overnight (no roaming)

But what are the WING versions were affected by this issues?

The problem:
We sell many AP's with customized configurations and different WING versions. As well the AP's are having a different bugs because of different firmware versions.
We configuring and making installations at the customer sites and sometimes have a post installation issues because of the firmware bugs. And sometimes spending a hours and days to make it work as expected and one day... VOILA! New release with important fixes is out, but invested many time for no reason! If I knew there was a bug, I would not waste precious time when I just had to wait. Or maybe there is any workaround for the issue.

In brief:
We can't track the current bug statuses, versions, ect.

Request
Please, provide us an access to WING Wireless Bug tracker.

Thanks,

We've been talking about ways to share some sort of access to the bug trackers for a variety of platforms but haven't nailed anything down. It's in the plan, but I just don't know when.
