Hi Vimalraj, thanks for the specific details in your answer - this is indeed a tricky one!

Have you tried swapping the APs over to see whether the problem moves with the AP or stays with the location, cabling, switch, etc?

Many thanks,
Darrel.
Dear Team,

I'm facing some issues with Bandwidth on my APs over last week.

I'm using 2 SSID which are sharing same ILL(100Mbps). SSIDs are Examp1 and Examp2.

from Examp1. I'm getting only 20Mbps as a maximum download/upload speed. But in Examp2 I can utilize the 100MKbps.

Controller.:- VX9000
AP model.:- AP7532
End User.:- MacBook Pro 2016 model with touch-bar and working with 802.11ac.

Please help me sort out the issue.

Over 200+ users are working with the same SSID(Examp1) on 53APs on the network.
Hi

There could be a number of reasons why you are seeing some latency on your SSID.

One issue is the link speed. Try updating to a 1GB link on the AP.

You did not mention the AP loading. Howm many users are typically on a single AP.

Are your WLAN configured to bridge LOCAL or TUNNEL.

Finally, you need to look at the data coming out of the AP. You can do a PACKET CAPTURE on the AP interface or mirror the port on the switch and review the WIRESHARK capture.

Finally, make sure you are on the latest available firmware for your equipment
Thanks for the support Andy.

Would like to knowledge with you that, the link I mentioned is ILL link from the ISP and the link made from switch to AP is 1GB link.

Typically 25+ users randomly connecting with each AP.

All the WLAN are configured with LOCAL mode only.

Note:- All the APs and controller are running on latest firmware of 5.9.1.2-006R.
Hi,
Are both SSIDs using both 2.4 + 5GHz? If so, when you connect to each SSID do you connect on the same frequency?

For more information on your connection status on a Mac, hold down the alt (option) key and click on the Wi-Fi icon in the Finder menu bar. This will tell you what channel, frequency and data-rate you are connected on.
Thanks,
Darrel.
Thanks Darrel,

Yes for your question. Both the SSIDs are working with dual band and connecting with same frequency.

The channel is 149 and the Connection speed is 450Mbps.(On both the SSIDs)
