Guest users are not getting IP address from local LAN??

We created two SSIDs one is for PSK and other one is Captive Portal, PSK users are getting IP address but Captive portal users are not getting the IP address.

Dear Srinivas K, if the 2 SSIDs are not running on the same vlan, perhaps you should check the trunk port and see if the captive portal vlan is allowed
Else, share the config of captive portal and both wlan to further verify

Check the switch MAC table to see whether you learn the client MAC on the correct port and VLAN.

We also need to know who's the dhcp server.
Maybe it's just a bootprelay that's not enabled on your vlan.

We have not enabled dhcp in wireless..

Hi Srinivas,

If you have a DHCP server that is running on the same VLAN which is used for users of PSK-enabled and captive portal-enabled SSID, it should be working as a charm.

Please take care if your captive portal SSID bounds the user traffic to this appropriate VLAN.

If the VLAN ID and tagging is appropriate, do you implement role-based access control? Perhaps guest role for captive portal SSID does not allow for DHCP communication.

As Andrew said, posting the config would make it much easier to help you with troubleshooting.
