Wing5.x Captive Portal Logo not displaying

I can't get uploaded logos to appear on the captive portal Agreement or Welcome pages on AP7522 (5.9.2) or AP7131 (5.8.6)
I uploaded the logo and added its name in the Main Logo URL and Small Logo URL boxes.

AP7522 with SWIFT doesn't upload files using the Browse>Upload feature so I transferred the file via CLI.
AP7131 doesn't have an upload option in Captive Portal although the manual states it does! so I uploaded the logo to flash:/ via 'Operations>file transfer.

For both AP models using the 'preview' option it shows the logo as expected.
Connect a PC to Captive Portal and it displays 'org name' and not the logo. I'm pretty sure I had logos working a couple of years ago on a demo AP7131 so any ideas why it works in preview but not when PC or Android devices connect????

Hello Steve,
The Main Logo/Small Logo files need to be uploaded to the flash:/ directory when using preview mode and same logos need to be uploaded to flash:/hotspot/xxxxxx (x represents name of captive portal) for the logos to appear on the clients. Obviously, the Agreement/Welcome pages need the names of the logos as uploaded.
