Does it work if you use a other name ...because the error is user already exists.

I’ve the same software running on my V2110 small but I’m not able to reproduce the issue.

Not sure whether that changes anything but I’d try a controller reboot.

Or you’d contact the GTAC so the experts could take a closer look.
