AP 8533 Continuously Restarting? How to solve this?

Good afternoon, the AP 8533 restarts constantly. We have tested its wiring, PoE, port change and still restarting. Any solution?

What version of firmware is the AP8533 currently running?

Is the AP being powered via 802.3af or 802.3at?

Is the AP adopted to a wireless controller or virtual controller?

Dear, the AP is directly connected to a SW-X440-G2, the port is delivering 802.3 af-only. The current firmware version is 7.3.0.1 and previously had 5.9.0.1. The AP is in independent mode. We are using the AP, about a month ago and in these last two weeks starting to fail repeatedly, it has big packet losses.

If the AP is under entitlement (current support contract), I strongly advise getting a support case generated if the following does not mitigate the issue.

We had similar issues with AP8432 (same chipset is in use).

How old is the device? Do you have the serial number of the AP?
