Looking for AP510i firmware for used AP

Hey,

I looked around, and support informed me that I would not be able to obtain firmware through their support portal. Would there be another way to obtain firmware for this AP? It’s currently on the LEAN firmware and I just want to upload a full firmware so I can run it as a standalone AP.

do I understand you correctly that you do not have an account to the support portal and no maintenance contract for the AP? If so, there is no way to download the software.

I was denied when I tried to apply for an account, saying that I could not apply for an account without a first-party purchase.

I saw other forum posts indicating that maintenance support would be available in this circumstance. Am I mistaken?

To clarify, I would be more than happy to pay for a maintenance contract, however, I have not been able to do so.

If you just bought the AP from outside of Extreme channel, then there is basically close to zero chance to get any firmware or support for such product.
