AP-621 roaming issues with RFS7000

Dear Team,

We using RFS 7000 wing version 5.5 . In Block we created same SSID in all the AP's but roaming time clients disconnect from low signals & connect to good signals, that times internet browsing is working but we facing download issue. download will stops will roaming times.

my device connected port no 9

roaming time disconnected & connected to next AP

Same time internet browsing is working but download will stops PFA.

Please help.

And we also facing AP-621 to AP-6522 roaming issue.

Hi Prakash,

What is the type of authentication and encryption for this wireless network? Is it RADIUS-based authentication? Is 802.11r (Fast BSS Transition, FT) enabled in case of 802.1X WLAN?

How often does that issue occur? For all or a subset of client devices?
