Hi

I want to be able to access the gui from my browser but unable due to lean version installed. Unable to get the download from the requested link as no service agreeement in place? But surely require it for a firmware update?

Hello Harry,

If you're getting a 404 browser error then the probability is that the unit is running on a LEAN image. Yes, you will need to upgrade it to a full image and the unit has to be entitled for you to be able to download the firmware.
