After resetting to factory settings, it accepts the configuration from the controller, but it still reboots.
Updated to version AP7562-LEAN-5.9.8.3-003R - reboots have not gone anywhere. The controller (RFS-4000) and other devices are also flashed to version 5.9.8.3-003R.

Hi Ogrius,

One of the reasons could be that the AP does not like some part of the configuration, for example, a feature/function not supported or not configured properly. Did you check the adoption logs “show adoption log adopter” on the controller to see what’s causing the un-adoption? you can also run “show log adopter adoptee” on the AP console to check the adoption log on the AP.

If you can send the running-config, that would be helpful too.

Hello.
This is a problem with only one AP.
The rest are working fine.
I don't have time to do something in the console.
It also behaves when it is reset to factory settings.
I set the configuration for it based on existing and working profiles.
Only the IP address changed.

Ogrius,

As a test, create another management policy just for the APs and disable the HTTPS option and then apply that new management policy to the APs profile(s).

If these APs are running LEAN images, they don’t have GUI access anyway, so it shouldn’t be an issue.

If the rebooting stops with HTTPS disabled, open a case with GTAC and provide these testing results.
