Can we restrict the user id & Pwd for guest( Captive Portal Authentication) ?

We’ve created Captive Portal on the VC it’s username and password based authentication. If guest comes we would create user id & Pwd and same is given to guest to access our network. We have to restrict using one userid & pwd multiple user’s will be able to access our network. The respective userid & pwd should be able to access only respective user other’s should not use. For them we would issue separate.

Kindly help us to resolve issue or share us the document if you have any
