Hi team,
i have extreme wing controller VX 9000 with version 5.9.2.3-003R and access point 7502.when i try to connect wifi network through apple devices-facing internet connectivity issue.please provide solution to resolve this issue.

Hi Ronald,
I have extreme wing controller vx9000 and 70 wings 7502 access points running with firmware version 5.9.2.3-003R all are adapted to the controller. and I have created different SSIDs.when I try to access wifi through PC/Android device internet is getting, but when I try to access wifi through apple phone, wifi is not getting.

Is this happening on all Apple phones or just one phone?

I have same problem after upgrade vx9000/7522/7532/7632 version.

Solution:

Reset Networking Setting

Go to Settings » General » Reset.
Tap Reset Network Settings.
Enter your passcode and tap Reset Network Settings again in the confirmation pop-up box.

Hello

We have alot of apple devices here. WiNG 7.5.1.2 works fine here with Apple, my MacBook Pro A2141 (intel) works fine lately. I`m very happy.

Please set minimum bit rate on radio profile if you have problems with unstable conn.. and update your WiNG. In case we use VX9000.
