Hi Pascal, I wasn't able to find any current bugs that match this issue. I do have some suggestions/questions from the techs I discussed this with:

Have you tried downloading a new firmware file to use for the upgrade? If the firmware file was corrupted in some way when it was downloaded, this is usually an easy fix.
Could you tell me what FTP and SFTP software you're using?
Is the FTP server on the same network as the WING controller? If they aren't in the same subnet, could you try moving them to the same subnet and trying the upgrade again?

Pascal typically if the upgrade fails via tfp or ftp is because the tfp or ftp is unreachable from the wlc or ap.
