Hi,

I am using AP 7532, firmware is 5.9.2. This is a Virtual Controller. I configured captive Portal with out NAC. In this VC what is an Maximum radius user?. If we connect one user id, Only one person should use the same time. How to configure in GUI for AP 7532?

The VX will support 256 users, it is also possible to limit the number of devices that can log into the the captive portal with a single user name

this is a complex topic with multiple questions so let me sort it out a little:

Maximum RADIUS users

AP7532

% Error: Cannot add user SPbFx_gu_291. Pool has maximum users (256).

VX9000

% Error: Cannot add user xKBV9uSr. Pool has maximum users (20000).

Only one person should use credentials

simultaneous-users x

The number of MAC addresses that are allowed to use that username at the same time.

How to configure in GUI on AP7532

if your AP has Enterprise UI, then do it here (Configuration - Services - Captive Portal)

In case the AP does not have Enterprise UI, read article how to change SwiftUI to Enterprise
