Does channel and power settings of AP560h-FCC stay on AP if not connected to the network?

Hi,

I am planning to design an outdoor WiFi area. I will be using an AP on a stick so that I can perform a survey in the design phase (there are a lot of trees that I know will affect RF).

I have an Extreme AP560h-FCC that I will configure the radio channel and power on while it is connected to our network, and our ExtremeCould IQ Controller. My question is, once this AP is disconnected from the ExtremeCould IQ Controller, and connected to a portable power source, will the channel and power settings I configured be maintained on the WAP?
